Sitting Light

This “sculpture of a luminaire” was created from the armrest of an A320 chair and includes all its structural components. The title “Sitting Light” is a unique creation, in the shape of a rotating desk lamp, made from 90% recycled material. It’s an original author piece, limited series of 50 pieces, numbered and signed.

Technical characteristics: Approximate product dimensions – Height: 62 cm; Width: 69 cm; Length/depth: 23 cm. Current – 220V with economic lamp (low temperature). Materials – aluminium alloy, plastic, wood, and other metals.

No two Aircrafted by TAP pieces are alike. Handcrafted from genuine materials sourced from TAP aircraft, each creation carries its own unique story. Small scratches, signs of wear or variations in finish reflect the many journeys made over the years and are part of each piece’s authenticity.
